This is outrageous… “the report is imposing a psychological and social burden upon unmarried Qatari women as married women have more chance to be productive in society, henceforth linking women's productivity to their fertility”.
The only way for a woman to contribute to society is to be married and pop out babies?!? This country is in deep trouble then because it has a higher rate of illiteracy in men (20%) over the age of 15 than women. Also Qatar has one of the highest literacy rates among women in the region. This should be a good thing for women in Qatar but apparently it is a drain on the society. Those darn women who decide to be educated and work before choosing to get married!

How do they propose to fix it…duh…encourage men to exercise polygamy.
